This Colorless Prison deck depends entirely on artifact mana rocks like Grim Monolith, Lotus Petal, and Urza's Saga-fetched artifacts, so Null Rod is devastating, shutting off Grim Monolith's untap ability and any Karn, the Great Creator-tutored activated artifact abilities. Nihil Spellbomb exiles their graveyard to stop any recursive value and can cantrip away later when not needed, and both are proactive answers to a deck with almost no creatures for Snuff Out to target. Snuff Out is nearly dead since this deck plays almost no creatures, so it comes out along with some cantrips to make room for these disruptive artifacts. Keep Wasteland and Force of Will at full count since denying Urza's Saga, Ancient Tomb, and countering The One Ring or Ugin, Eye of the Storms are critical to beating their game plan.
