Grafdigger's Cage is the highest-priority threat to land and protect — it blanks both Natural Order and Green Sun's Zenith entirely, forcing them to rely on fair creatures, and must be shielded from post-board Force of Vigor with your blue countermagic. Consign to Memory and Force of Negation provide cheap backup counters when Cage isn't in play; if you have to choose, counter Natural Order over Green Sun's Zenith since the immediate Craterhoof or Atraxa threat is larger. Daze is cut because Gaea's Cradle can tap for several mana at once, making it unreliable past the first two turns, and Kaito and Brazen Borrower are too slow and low-impact in a race where they can win on the spot.
