WU leverages Force of Will, Daze, and Consign to Memory itself alongside triggered abilities like Quantum Riddler's enters-the-battlefield draw and Tamiyo's attack-trigger investigate, so our own Consign to Memory is well-positioned to counter those triggered abilities for cheap. Abrade can handle an early Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd or Tamiyo, Inquisitive Student before they take over. We shave a couple of Lotus Petals and an Urza's Bauble since this matchup is more about surviving Swords to Plowshares and Wasteland than racing, and Teferi, Time Raveler can restrict our instant-speed answers, so sequence Consign to Memory before they land Teferi when possible.
