Lavinia, Azorius Renegade is excellent here: it stops them from casting noncreature spells with mana value greater than the number of lands they control, and it counters any spell cast for no mana, which shuts off Mox Opal, Lotus Petal, Chrome Mox, and the Baubles when cast for {0}, while also blanking a huge chunk of their artifact-centric plan. Prismatic Ending comes in as a cheap answer to low-mana-value permanents like Chalice of the Void (mana value 0 on the battlefield), Mox Opal, Chrome Mox, Pithing Needle, or Skateboard. With only white and blue mana it tops out at mana value 2, so it can't touch Emry, Lurker of the Loch, Kappa Cannoneer, Pinnacle Emissary, or Council of Reeds. Triumph of Saint Katherine gives a large lifelink body that can block Pinnacle Emissary and the Council of Reeds token army. Daze is weak since the opponent floods the board with cheap artifacts and won't be deterred by a tempo counter, and Consign to Memory only hits colorless spells or triggered abilities, so it misses their blue and Izzet creatures, so both trim down. Karakas comes out since it only bounces legendary creatures, which among their threats means just Emry and Council of Reeds, while their other key threats (Kappa Cannoneer, Pinnacle Emissary) aren't legendary.
