Rakdos Reanimator is nearly identical in threat profile to UBG Reanimator — Griselbrand and Atraxa are the primary targets, and your game plan is to counter the reanimation spell rather than fight the discard outlets. Force of Negation joins Force of Will to give you seven pitch counterspells, and the key targets are Reanimate and Shallow Grave since those give the combo immediate haste-like speed that Animate Dead does not. Surgical Extraction on a discarded Griselbrand is the most game-warping play available to you — removing all copies from the game through Faithless Looting or Faithless Looting into Unmask creates massive holes in their plan. Thoughtseize and Unmask mean they will often strip your Force of Will, so hold extra permission when possible and don't tap out unnecessarily. Daze is unreliable because Dark Ritual into Reanimate on turn one goes completely under it, and Flow State is far too slow for this race.
