Eldrazi runs Chalice of the Void which can shut off our cheap artifacts and Lotus Petal entirely, so trimming zero- and one-mana spells like Urza's Bauble, Mishra's Bauble, and Skateboard reduces dead draws if Chalice is set on zero or one. Disruptor Flute can name Chalice of the Void to make their remaining copies cost {3} more, or name Eye of Ugin to stop its tutoring ability, but it does nothing against their mana abilities, so it won't slow their mana. Twinshot Sniper's enters-the-battlefield damage and Channel ability provide cheap interaction against their small creatures like Glaring Fleshraker. Haywire Mite can answer a Chalice of the Void once it resolves since it hits noncreature artifacts, but its ability needs {G}, which we can only make with Lotus Petal, Mox Opal (with metalcraft), Chromatic Star, or by spending mana as though it were any color with Agatha's Soul Cauldron, since Mite is a creature. We keep most of our core engine.
