Jeskai Artifacts goes wide with cheap artifact creatures and recursion engines like Goblin Welder and Emry, Lurker of the Loch, so a second Wrath of the Skies gives us more access to a sweeper that can wipe their low-cost artifact creatures and tokens before they combo off with Urza's Saga constructs. Crucible of Worlds helps us fight through their own Urza's Saga and Wasteland-adjacent land disruption, keeping our mana consistent in a grindy artifact mirror-style matchup. Back to Basics punishes ourselves too, since we also want untapped nonbasics, and many of their key lands (Seat of the Synod, Great Furnace) are already nonbasic artifact lands that would get locked along with ours; Forth Eorlingas! is too slow against a deck that can rebuild board presence quickly through recursive artifacts.
