Sultai Aluren is a combo deck using Aluren, Show and Tell, and Lotus Petal-fueled rituals to cheat out Atraxa, Acererak, or an Omniscience lock, so proactive free interaction is key. Force of Negation can stop Aluren, Show and Tell, or Omniscience itself even when tapped out, which is often how this deck wins out of nowhere. Consign to Memory answers their colorless Lotus Petal and any triggered abilities from their big creatures. Back to Basics is largely irrelevant since their manabase mixes basics and fetches they'll crack proactively; Gandalf is too slow against a deck that can assemble a one-turn win, so it's cut for more free disruption.
