Collector Ouphe shuts off the activated abilities of artifacts, which in this matchup means Lotus Petal's sacrifice-for-mana ability. That takes away some of their explosive early turns, and Ouphe is a 2/2 body on top of that. Note that Ouphe does nothing to Chalice of the Void, which only has a triggered ability. Disruptor Flute can name Chalice of the Void to make it cost {3} more, or name a key creature like Thought-Knot Seer to blunt their disruption. Fatal Push is trimmed because it only destroys creatures with mana value 2 or less (4 or less with revolt), so Reality Smasher and Sire of Seven Deaths are out of reach, and the mid-sized threats like Thought-Knot Seer only die if a fetchland has triggered revolt. Wight of the Reliquary is trimmed since it dies to their removal like Kozilek's Command and doesn't block well against their bigger bodies. Keep Wasteland in, as nearly their entire manabase is nonbasic, including Eldrazi Temple, Cavern of Souls, Eye of Ugin, and Ancient Tomb.
