Jeskai Artifacts relies on Urza's Saga, Mox Opal, and recursive artifact engines like Goblin Welder and Goblin Engineer rather than a dense early spell curve, so Chancellor of the Annex's mere {1} tax on each spell is low-impact against their cheap and free artifacts. Disruptor Flute is much better because it can name a key card. Naming Goblin Welder or Mox Opal taxes every copy they cast by {3}, and naming Goblin Welder or Emry, Lurker of the Loch also shuts off its activated ability (Emry's cast-from-graveyard ability, for example). Naming Urza's Saga does not tax it, since it is played as a land rather than cast, but it does stop the Saga's Construct-making ability (its mana ability still works). Trinisphere and Chalice of the Void remain mainboard all-stars since they lock out their cheap artifact mana base of Lotus Petal, Mishra's Bauble, and Mox Opal. Keep the rest of the aggressive core intact to pressure them before their engine comes online.
