The EPIC Storm casts no blue spells, so Pyroblast stays in the board, but Disruptor Flute naming Burning Wish, Beseech the Mirror, or Gamble taxes their most important tutor effects by {3}, which can be the difference between comboing off and not given their low land count. Redirect Lightning lets us redirect a Burning Wish-fetched removal or targeted effect away from our key permanents. Chrome Mox is cut since we need less raw acceleration and more disruption against a deck we're racing on taxing rather than pure speed, and Chancellor of the Annex is weak since storm decks often have ways to play around a single counter or pay the tax while going off.
