This Colorless Prison deck relies heavily on artifacts and Karn, the Great Creator to lock the game, and while Force of Vigor can't touch planeswalkers, it can strip early Grim Monolith, Expedition Map, or Trinisphere-style mana denial before it locks us out. Foundation Breaker adds another artifact/enchantment answer and a body that can be evoked cheaply if we need to protect tempo. Destroy the Evidence is far too slow against a deck built to bury us in card advantage and inevitability, and Cabal Therapy is unreliable against a hand full of similarly costed artifacts and planeswalkers. We shave one Dread Return to make room, keeping the rest of the combo package intact since our speed is still our best asset against their grindy plan.
