Izzet Delver protects its clock with Force of Will and Daze while using Wasteland for mana disruption; Thoughtseize lets us proactively strip a counterspell or Lightning Bolt before going off, improving our odds of resolving the combo uncontested. Destroy the Evidence is too slow against an aggressive clock, and Memory's Journey/Dread Return are graveyard tools we can trim since this matchup is more about racing through their countermagic than rebuying creatures. Keep full fast mana and Pact of Negation since their Force of Will and Daze are the real obstacles to protect against.
