Disruptor Flute can name Chalice of the Void so that casting it costs {3} more, or name another problematic spell to tax it by three mana. It can also name Eye of Ugin to stop its tutor ability from being activated, which gives us flexible disruption against their colorless shell. Brotherhood's End sweeps their small Eldrazi like Glaring Fleshraker and Eldrazi Spawn tokens with its first mode, or destroys Chalice of the Void and Lotus Petal with its second mode, though that mode also hits our own Lotus Petals. Flusterstorm can only counter instants and sorceries, and their threats are mostly creatures and artifacts that it can't touch, so cards that can hit those permanents serve us better. Simian Spirit Guide's acceleration matters less than durable answers to their Chalice of the Void lock pieces.
