The EPIC Storm chains cheap spells and rituals to go off with Tendrils of Agony, and Grafdigger's Cage stops any graveyard-based recursion like Beseech the Mirror's bargained cast-from-exile doesn't apply, but it does stop Burning Wish-adjacent plans if they try to recur spells, and most importantly denies any creature cast from the graveyard. Consign to Memory can counter their colorless Lion's Eye Diamond-fueled spells if they're colorless, though most of their payoff spells are black, so it's primarily useful against their triggered abilities and any colorless utility artifacts. Omniscience is far too slow against a combo deck that can kill before turn 3, so it's cut for cheaper, faster interaction. Keep Force of Will as your best tool to simply counter their key combo piece like Tendrils of Agony or Echo of Eons.
