Bring in Force of Negation and Flusterstorm to counter their combo pieces or Pact of Negation, and Extirpate can exile a key piece (Narcomoeba, Thassa's Oracle, or Undercity Informer) from their graveyard to disrupt the Balustrade Spy/Undercity Informer line mid-execution. Trim Thoughtseize and Cabal Ritual since you want to be proactive rather than reactive — spending mana to disrupt their hand when they can go off at instant speed or with free mana is too slow. Your primary gameplan remains the same: sculpt a hand with Lion's Eye Diamond, Dark Ritual, and Infernal Tutor into Mind's Desire or Tendrils of Agony as fast as possible.
