Doomsday wins by assembling a five-card library stack culminating in Thassa's Oracle, so our Thoughtseize and Cabal Therapy are already premium disruption to strip their Doomsday or Thassa's Oracle before they can go off. Surgical Extraction is a strong addition here since exiling their only Thassa's Oracle from hand/graveyard/library can functionally remove their only win condition. Unmask comes out since it's redundant with our already-heavy discard suite and we'd rather have the more surgical, permanent answer. Keep the full reanimation package since we're still the faster, more resilient clock if we can strip their combo piece early.
