Sultai Aluren is a combo-control deck leaning on Show and Tell into Omniscience/Acererak the Archlich and Aluren itself, so Surgical Extraction is excellent here to proactively exile a copy of Aluren, Show and Tell, or Acererak the Archlich out of their hand/graveyard/library before they can find it again. Unmask is weak since we'd rather spend our disruption stripping their actual combo pieces than a generic discard spell that doesn't hit the library. Our Thoughtseize and Cabal Therapy already provide proactive disruption against their plan, so this is a light, surgical adjustment rather than a wholesale change. Keep our full reanimation suite since Atraxa and Griselbrand remain excellent top-end threats that race their slower draws.
