Boros Energy relies heavily on fetchlands and nonbasics (Sacred Foundry, Dalkovan Encampment) plus Urza's Saga analogues of their own, so Blood Moon can be devastating if they stumble on basics, though it is a double-edged sword since we also run nonbasics. Hurkyl's Recall is a strong reset against their Galvanic Discharge and Goblin Bombardment-based removal suite if our board gets picked apart, buying time to rebuild. Vexing Bauble disrupts nothing of theirs directly since their deck is mostly paid spells, but it still answers stray zero-cost interaction; prioritize keeping our proactive artifact plan since this matchup is a races. Cut the narrow one-ofs that do little against their aggressive creature-based plan.
