Consign to Memory's Replicate is strong against their many triggered abilities (Phelia's blink, Overlord of the Balemurk's mill-and-return, Flickerwisp) by countering the trigger before it resolves. Mystical Dispute is cheap insurance against their blue spells. Tormod's Crypt, already in our main deck, is also relevant against their graveyard recursion, since it can exile their graveyard before Overlord of the Balemurk or Emperor of Bones can use it. Claws of Gix and Welding Jar add little against a value-oriented blink deck, so they're cut.
