Grixis Reanimator leans on Archon of Cruelty and Abhorrent Oculus, and both their attack/cast triggers and Oculus's recurring manifest dread trigger are triggered abilities Consign to Memory can counter regardless of color, cutting off their biggest value engines cheaply. Tormod's Crypt is strong insurance against Unearth, Persist, and Faithless Looting's flashback, and denies them a body to reanimate if Archon of Cruelty ends up in the yard early. They bring their own four Consign to Memory against us, so expect a disruption fight — prioritize protecting Charbelcher over grinding with Preordain. Spell Snare has few good two-mana targets in their deck, so it's trimmed for the more impactful graveyard hate and countermagic.
