Izzet Prowess is a low-curve tempo deck full of 1-mana threats and cheap spells, and Stern Scolding actually has live targets in Dragon's Rage Channeler and Monastery Swiftspear (both power/toughness 2 or less at base), so we keep most of our copies but trim slightly for more universal answers. Consign to Memory counters any colorless spells they might bring in and their cantrips/artifacts if applicable, while extra Spell Snare picks off Cori-Steel Cutter and other mana value 2 spells. Into the Flood Maw is weak here since bouncing one cheap aggressive creature doesn't meaningfully slow their plan, so we trim it in favor of more consistent interaction protecting our combo turn.
