Living End is cast as a sorcery from suspend, so it's not a legal target for any of your counterspells that hit only instants/creatures, but Force of Negation and Counterspell can still stop it on the stack since it's a spell regardless of how it was cast. Stern Scolding is mostly dead against their reanimated creatures — Waker of Waves and Oliphaunt are well above 2 power/toughness, though Shardless Agent (a 2/2) is still a legal target — so cut it for Tormod's Crypt. Tormod's Crypt can proactively exile their graveyard before Living End triggers, denying the reanimation entirely — a very strong effect here since it removes their whole payoff. Keep Force of Negation maximized since it's your best answer to the suspended Living End itself.
