Neobrand's plan revolves around cheap green creature spells (Allosaurus Rider, Endurance, Wistfulness) and colorless/artifact-independent threats coming off Neoform and Eldritch Evolution chains, so narrow counters like Spell Snare and Stern Scolding whiff on their key mana-value-3+ or high-power creatures. Consign to Memory is excellent here since it counters colorless spells and triggered abilities, hitting things like Ureni's ETB trigger or Atraxa's ETB, and its Replicate lets you stop multiple threats in one turn. Mystical Dispute is live against their blue spells like Neoform and Planar Genesis, and cheaply blanks their own Consign to Memory or Mystical Dispute mirror-back. Force of Negation stays in reasonable numbers since it hits their noncreature spells like Eldritch Evolution and Neoform for free on their turn, but we trim excess copies since we're on the draw to our own combo and don't want too many reactive cards clogging the plan. Keep the core Belcher engine untouched โ the goal is still to assemble Charbelcher as fast as possible while using the new disruption to survive their proactive creature plan.
