Blood Moon is a backbreaking sideboard card against Amulet Titan, turning their nonbasic lands (Simic Growth Chamber, Gruul Turf, Urza's Saga, and the utility lands) into Mountains and crippling the ramp plan that depends on them. Wear/Tear gives flexible interaction: the Wear half can destroy Amulet of Vigor or a Construct artifact creature token made by Urza's Saga, while the Tear half can destroy Urza's Saga itself or Spelunking. Static Prison is replaceable here since Blood Moon does far more work against their land-based combo, and The Legend of Roku is too slow against a deck that can assemble Scapeshift or Primeval Titan value quickly. Keep Galvanic Discharge and Goblin Bombardment to handle Arboreal Grazer and other small ramp creatures before they generate value.
