Celestial Purge exiles Ragavan or any other red permanent they field, giving us clean, efficient removal against their aggressive one-drops. Blood Moon is weak since their deck leans on basics and the Leyline of the Guildpact giving all basic land types anyway, undermining the lock. Static Prison is replaceable here since our Galvanic Discharge and Thraben Charm already answer their small, efficient threats like Wild Nacatl and Territorial Kavu.
