Esper Control leans on Teferi, Time Raveler, Narset and sweepers like Supreme Verdict and Wrath of the Skies, so the main deck already does most of the work and no swaps are needed. Wear/Tear is not worth bringing in. Teferi and Narset are planeswalkers, so the enchantment half can't touch them, and their only main-deck artifact is a single Isochron Scepter. Celestial Purge only exiles black or red permanents, and their threats and planeswalkers (Solitude, Narset, Teferi, Jace) are white or blue, so it would have no real targets. Blood Moon stays in. Their mana is mostly nonbasic lands (fetches, shocks, surveil lands and utility lands) with only four basics, so it can cripple them, though be careful about our own white sources since our nonbasics become Mountains too. Static Prison also stays in. It costs {W}, so it has mana value 1 and Spell Snare, which only counters a spell with mana value 2, can't hit it. It can exile a resolved Teferi or Narset.
