Jeskai Blink combines Isochron Scepter and Ephemerate-style value with Counterspell and Teferi, Time Raveler to control the game while chaining Consult the Star Charts. High Noon punishes their cheap cantrips and countermagic, making it much harder for them to both hold up interaction and develop their board. Vexing Bauble reinforces that plan against their remaining one-mana spells. Avengers Disassembled underperforms against their lower density of relevant artifacts/enchantments, and Reprieve is redundant with your own Wrath of the Skies, so trim both for the tax package.
