Living End is a cascade combo deck that wins by casting Violent Outburst or Shardless Agent to cascade into Living End, wiping your board and reanimating a massive graveyard. Your primary disruption is countermagic — Consign to Memory is your best card here, as it can counter the cascade trigger itself or the Living End spell, and the full playset gives you redundancy. Flusterstorm is excellent against their combo turn since they often chain triggers and spells, while Mystical Dispute taxes their blue permission like Force of Negation. Fatal Push and Unholy Heat come out because killing their creatures is largely irrelevant — they want creatures in the graveyard, and your effort is better spent countering their combo. Thoughtseize and your fast clock with Death's Shadow and Ragavan remain critical, as stripping Violent Outburst pre-combo or jamming a fast threat forces them to fight through your disruption on their timeline rather than theirs.
