Amulet Titan wants to use bounce lands alongside Amulet of Vigor for repeated untapped mana and chain into Primeval Titan or Scapeshift; Damping Sphere shuts off the extra mana from their bounce lands and any land tapping for 2+, badly disrupting their explosive starts. Pithing Needle can name Urza's Saga to stop its chapter II token-making ability. Fade from History punishes a board with Urza's Saga or Amulet of Vigor in play. Trim our slowest pieces since this matchup is a race against their ramp engine, not a fair fight on board.
