Chalice of the Void set to one counters Wild Nacatl, Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer, Lightning Bolt, and Stubborn Denial, crippling much of Domain Zoo's efficient low-curve plan. Our own one-drops like Expedition Map and Giant's Boulder get hit too, so sequence around it. A third Trinisphere makes their cheap spells, including Lightning Bolt, Ragavan, Wild Nacatl, Territorial Kavu, and Tribal Flames, each cost three mana, which slows their aggressive starts. We keep Dismember in: Scion of Draco is a 4/4 and Territorial Kavu is at most 5/5 with five basic land types, so -5/-5 kills both, along with their smaller creatures. To make room, we trim both copies of Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger, which costs ten mana and is far too slow against an aggressive deck. Kozilek's Command remains crucial for exiling their key early creatures.
