Devoted Druid combo wants to assemble Devoted Druid plus Vizier of Remedies or use Agatha's Soul Cauldron for infinite mana/counters, so Wrath of the Skies is a great catch-all sweeper that can wipe their small creatures like Delighted Halfling, Badgermole Cub, and Devoted Druid for a modest energy investment. White Orchid Phantom disrupts their manabase, hitting nonbasic lands like Shifting Woodland or shocklands like Overgrown Tomb. Flickerwisp and Quantum Riddler are too slow and don't interact with the combo, so they come out. Keep Thoughtseize and Solitude to strip key combo pieces and answer Craterhoof Behemoth or Ouroboroid.
