Grixis Reanimator's Abhorrent Oculus manifest dread trigger and Unearth are key engine pieces, so Surgical Extraction is excellent to strip an Archon of Cruelty or Abhorrent Oculus from their graveyard, denying the reanimation target entirely. Consign to Memory can counter Abhorrent Oculus's manifest dread triggered ability each upkeep, starving their card advantage engine, and works with replicate against their Thought Scour-fueled graveyard filling. Ashiok, Dream Render mills them (accelerating their plan is a real risk, so hold it back unless you need the graveyard exile mode against a resolved Emperor of Bones or Archon target) but mainly its static ability isn't very relevant here since they don't search much; bring it in mostly as a late mill/exile tool against Persist targets. Teferi, Time Raveler is less impactful against a deck that's mostly casting sorcery-speed reanimation anyway, so it steps aside for more disruption.
