Izzet Prowess leans on cheap colorless cantrips (Mishra's Bauble) and noncreature spells, so Consign to Memory is excellent one-mana interaction against Bauble triggers and blunts their Cori-Steel Cutter Monk token generation triggered off spellcasting. Mystical Dispute answers their blue card draw spells like Expressive Iteration for just one mana. Force of Negation is less valuable since countering one of their many redundant cheap spells rarely swings the race, and Faithful Mending is too slow against a hyper-aggressive prowess deck that wants to kill quickly. We need to be proactive and resolve Goryo's Vengeance or Psychic Frog as fast as possible since they have very little true removal for our reanimated threats.
