Jeskai Energy pressures with Ragavan, Ocelot Pride, and Ajani, Nacatl Pariah tokens backed by Solitude, so Dismember is a cheap, efficient way to remove their early threats like Guide of Souls before the energy engine snowballs. Grafdigger's Cage is a reasonable hedge if they bring in any recursive plan, though its main value here is incidental; it's included mainly as a proactive artifact that doesn't cost much tempo. Vexing Bauble is weak since this opponent pays mana for nearly all their spells (Solitude's evoke being the main exception), so it's cut for removal. Haywire Mite is too narrow against their mostly creature-based board, so it comes out in favor of more impactful interaction.
