Neobrand is a fast combo deck relying on colorless-costed engine pieces and enablers like Summoner's Pact along with instant-speed interaction of their own; Consign to Memory can counter colorless spells such as Walking Ballista-type payoffs or key triggered abilities from their combo chain, giving you a cheap way to disrupt their plan for one mana with replicate scaling if needed. Mutagenic Growth is cut since it does nothing to stop their combo and this matchup is decided by disruption, not combat math. Keep your proactive clock intact, since you need to pressure their life total and force them to combo off under pressure rather than at their leisure. Watch for their own Consign to Memory and Mystical Dispute protecting their combo pieces, so time your interaction carefully.
