Izzet Prowess doesn't play much blue but does run Consign to Memory, Expressive Iteration, and sometimes a sideboard Mystical Dispute of their own — Mystical Dispute is cheap generic countermagic against their burn and disruption, and discounted when it hits their own blue spells. The extra Pact of Negation protects your combo turn from a well-timed Lightning Bolt on a key creature or their own Consign to Memory. Since this is a fast aggressive deck, slower top-end cards that don't accelerate your combo plan are cut to keep the deck lean and quick.
