Ruby Storm's creature count is low, but the creatures it does run, Goblin Anarchomancer and Thornscape Familiar, are the cost reducers that power its turns, and both are nonlegendary. Cast Down kills them cleanly, so all four copies stay in. Weather the Storm comes in to gain life and buy time against the trampling Elemental token that Seize the Storm creates. Its storm copies add more life when it is cast after other spells in the same turn. Eviscerator's Insight is too slow against a combo deck racing to win, so it is trimmed along with the lowest-impact artifacts, Toxin Analysis and one Lembas, to make room. Red Elemental Blast is left in the sideboard. It only answers blue spells and permanents, and this opponent's main deck is red-green with no blue cards, so it would have no targets.
