Jeskai Ephemerate leans on Counterspell to protect its value creatures and Ephemerate loops, so Dispel is excellent at forcing through our key combo spells during our big turn. It'll Quench Ya! adds another flexible answer that can tax their Counterspell mana or interact with one of their smaller threats. Seize the Storm and one copy of Electric Revelation are cut as they're less impactful than protecting our combo turn from a deck full of countermagic and card selection like Preordain and Lorien Revealed. The plan remains to resolve our storm turn through their interaction before their incremental Mulldrifter and Murmuring Mystic value can take over the game.
