Mono-Blue Terror's maindeck is entirely blue, so Red Elemental Blast is excellent here, countering Counterspell, Tolarian Terror, or Cryptic Serpent, or destroying a resolved Delver of Secrets or threat. First Day of Class is cut since this is a grind-and-disruption matchup where protecting the combo turn from their counterspell suite matters more than squeezing extra haste damage out of the token. Seize the Storm stays at two copies as the deck's only win condition; the token's size still outclasses their 6/5-class threats once a real storm turn happens.
