Dimir Self-Bounce is loaded with cheap interaction and bounce (Boomerang Basics, This Town Ain't Big Enough, Nowhere to Run, Fatal Push, Thoughtseize), so Magebane Lizard punishes them heavily for every cheap noncreature spell they cast. Flowstone Infusion is efficient removal for their Stormchaser's Talent Otter tokens, though it won't kill a Fear of Isolation on its own (it only turns the 2/3 into a 4/1 until end of turn). Monstrous Rage and some Reckless Rage trim since their bounce and removal suite easily two-for-ones the enchanted creature or the pumped attacker, wasting your card. Play around Cryogen Relic and Momentum Breaker disruption and try to close the game quickly before Narset, Parter of Veils locks you out of card advantage.
