This matchup is a race against their early Phyrexian Dreadnought plus Stifle plan, so Standstill is a liability since it rewards them for simply doing nothing while you draw cards. Decree of Justice is slow and clunky against a deck trying to kill you in two attack steps, so all three copies come out. Phyrexian Dreadnought is an artifact creature, so Disenchant and Annul both have real targets here: Disenchant can destroy a Dreadnought that sticks around after they Stifle its sacrifice trigger, and Annul can counter the Dreadnought (or a Powder Keg) as a spell. Annul also lines up against their sideboard Back to Basics and Essence Flare. Meddling Mage comes in as a cheap body that can name Phyrexian Dreadnought or Stifle. Hydroblast, Blue Elemental Blast and Circle of Protection: Red stay in the sideboard, since the opponent plays no red cards and they would have no legal targets. Keep Swords to Plowshares and Counterspell as your main defense against the Dreadnought and their protection spells, and mulligan aggressively for interaction.
