Stiflenought is a combo-control deck that wins by countering the legend rule trigger on Phyrexian Dreadnought with Stifle or Vision Charm, leaving a 12/12 trample in play. Your Goblin engine is fast enough to race, but you need to protect your key spells and threats from their dense countermagic package including Counterspell, Daze, Foil, and Misdirection. Pyroblast and Red Elemental Blast come in to punch through counters on your Goblin Lackey, Goblin Warchief, or Siege-Gang Commander, and can also blow up the Dreadnought itself in a pinch. Naturalize and Goblin Tinkerer have no relevant targets game one, as Stiflenought runs only one Powder Keg and no other artifacts or enchantments worth destroying. Your Mogg Fanatics are useful for triggering Goblin Ringleader chains and pressuring their life total, so keep the engine intact and focus on resolving your threats through their countermagic.
