Azorius Replenish aims to discard its enchantments — Opalescence, Parallax Wave, and Decree of Silence — via Attunement and Frantic Search, then recover them all at once with Replenish for a backbreaking board state. Annul is your most efficient answer, countering Attunement, Opalescence, Parallax Wave, and Decree of Silence on the stack before they can be cycled away, so prioritize holding up one blue mana early. Stifle can also counter Attunement's triggered ability to slow their discard engine, buying time to develop your own threat. Chain of Vapor comes in as a safety valve for any resolved Decree of Silence or Opalescence that slips through your counterspells. Tsabo's Web locks their four Flooded Strand fetchlands while replacing itself with a card draw, hampering their mana development; Daze and Thwart come out because Ancient Tomb gives them burst mana that makes free-spell counterplay less reliable, and Peek and Powder Keg are cut as the least impactful cards against a mostly enchantment-based combo deck that runs Seal of Cleansing to answer artifacts.
