Mono-Blue is another Stasis control deck packing Counterspell, Thwart, and Chain of Vapor, so Orim's Chant helps push a critical threat through their counterspell suite. Deranged Hermit's echo cost is risky against Stasis, which can lock our mana right after it enters, so we trim it for leaner threats that don't punish us for missing a payment. Keep the low curve intact and focus on applying pressure before Stasis locks down the board; Weathered Wayfarer remains excellent for finding Wasteland to strip their mana.
