Rakdos Lizards floods the board with cheap aggressive creatures like Hired Claw and Iridescent Vinelasher, so a third and fourth Day of Judgment gives you more sweeper density to reset a board state you can't out-race. Rest in Peace denies any incidental graveyard value and keeps Iridescent Vinelasher's offspring tokens from piling up; it also shuts off any recursive plans without affecting their core beater plan much but is primarily brought in as a proactive stabilizing enchantment alongside the sweepers. Candy Trail, Boomerang Basics, Braided Net, and Repurposing Bay are too slow or low-impact against this aggressive curve and are cut for more board wipes and resilience.
