Sultai Control has very few creatures of its own, so Requiting Hex is largely dead and can be cut entirely, along with a couple of Deceit whose bounce/discard modes are less valuable in a long grindy mirror-like matchup. Negate is excellent against their Consult the Star Charts, Stock Up, Quandrix Charm, and other noncreature value spells, while Malcolm, Alluring Scoundrel provides a resilient, evasive clock that dodges their sorcery-speed removal like Deadly Cover-Up. Preacher of the Schism adds another solid body that generates card advantage and pressure in a creature-light matchup. Keep Duress and Deceit's discard mode to proactively strip their removal and Ugin before it lands.
