Boros Dwarves is an equipment-aggro deck, and Sheltered by Ghosts can exile a key equipped threat like Kili the Resourceful or Dwarven Mauler while giving our creature lifelink and ward 2 to help stabilize against their damage. Erode is worse here since it fuels their explosive curve by fetching them a land, whereas Sheltered by Ghosts permanently answers a problematic threat. Keep Ba Sing Se and Earthbender Ascension online to grind past their aggression with bigger bodies over time. Race carefully and prioritize removing their most heavily-equipped creature.
