Dimir Control wants to grind with Stock Up and Requiting Hex while setting up Day of Black Sun or Deadly Cover-Up as a reset, so Strategic Betrayal punishes their removal-light, disruption-heavy hand and rebuys pressure through their sweepers. Bitter Triumph is a clean, cheap way to answer Superior Spider-Man before it snowballs into card advantage. Iron-Shield Elf folds to their removal suite too easily, so it's cut along with a Carnage, Crimson Chaos for leaner, more resilient threats. Sequence your recursive Bloodghast and Moonshadow to play around their sweepers rather than overcommitting.
