UR Aggro's Slickshot Show-Off gets bigger every time they fire off a cheap cantrip or burn spell, so Shoot the Sheriff is clean removal for it, for Elusive Otter, and for Eddymurk Crab, none of which are outlaws. Requiting Hex stays in because it checks mana value, which never changes when a creature is pumped, so it kills Slickshot Show-Off (mana value 2) and Elusive Otter (mana value 1) however big they get. Doorkeeper Thrull is a flash flying blocker that can ambush their Show-Off, and it stops enter-the-battlefield triggers like Eddymurk Crab's tap effect. Note it also turns off your own enter-the-battlefield triggers, which is why Dark Matter Manipulator, a small body whose mill trigger Thrull would blank, comes out. Iron-Shield Elf is cut as too fragile a blocker against their burn and tempo plan. Prioritize stabilizing the board and racing their low-toughness threats.
